Purchaser (“YOU”) agree to use products in a safe manner, according to directions and warnings that are provided by Joe and Taylor Candle Co.
Joe and Taylor Candle Co. sells to individuals who legally purchase and own items in their jurisdiction where they reside. You represent that you are of legal age to purchase by ordering from Joe and Taylor Candle Co.
PURCHASING AND USING OUR PRODUCTS, MEANS YOU HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD JOE AND TAYLOR CANDLE CO. FREE FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
JOE AND TAYLOR CANDLE CO. ARE NOT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH BURNING CANDLES.
THIS INCLUDES FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY, AND FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE APPLICATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, a return can be issued for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Return Process. To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail the return to the following address:

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Use a trackable method to mail the return.
After receiving the return and inspecting the condition, and after approval, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days to process a return or exchange. We will notify by email when the return is processed.
