Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process. Please email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail the return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail thereturn. 

After receiving the return, inspecting the condition, and after approval of the requested refund, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process a return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
